


Conducting training program to address the socio-economic challenges of vulnerable and marginalized communities aim to enhance the quality of life of the communities living in mining affected areas, through focused interventions in health, education, livelihood promotions, women empowerment, infrastructure development, environment protection and skill development. The objective of the initiatives is to provide skill development and vocational trainings that will increase employability and support entrepreneurship among youth and women.
