An Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) awareness program for unemployed youth is
a short-term initiative designed to inform, inspire and equip young unemployed individuals with
the knowledge, skill and motivation to start their business or become self-employed.
It also aimed and introduce the concept of entrepreneurship, provide basic knowledge about
setting up and running a business, raising awareness about self-employment as a viable career
option and connecting to support systems (government schemes, financial institutions,
incubators etc)
Under MSME Program, Balaram Panda Trust is organizing EDP awareness program for college
graduates struggling to find jobs, school dropouts with vocational skills, rural and urban
unemployed youth and women & marginalized groups seeking economic empowerment.
